Do you want a timeout?

While trying to get Evan in to his carseat to take him to daycare, Melinda had to ask the "Do you want a timeout?" question. Sometimes this will cause Evan to stop his inappropriate behavior and allow us to get him in his seat. Today Evan was smarter than that. You see, Evan has recently been wanting to stay home in the mornings and not go to daycare, and a typical timeout (inside the house) results with him sitting on a specific rug for a minute or two. Evan apparently thought a timeout would get him what he wanted... back inside the house.
