33 Week Update

We had our 33 week appointment and all is well, plus we get to see Evan in two weeks! (...via ultrasound) This appointment was with a different doctor, partly due to scheduling conflicts and preferences on our part because it allows us to meet a different doctor in the clinic that could possibly be delivering Evan.

This doctor measured Melinda and reviewed her chart and felt Mel, or rather Evan, was a little smaller than what he would expect. He wasn't really concerned but wanted to have another ultrasound to verify if Evan is just small in size but developing normally, or if there is low amniotic fluids, or...?? Mel and I are not worried because we feel different doctors can measure differently and the scales could be calibrated differently, etc... plus Mel was small when she was born and that trait could very well carry over to Evan. In any case, we'll know for sure at our 35 week appointment and are looking forward to seeing Evan again. Hopefully we'll get a few more pictures!
